Signature of a collaboration agreement between Madeira University and Madebiotech
Madebiotech celebrates today the signature of a scientific and technological collaboration agreement with Madeira University, UMa (see here).
In this agreement, besides the recognition of common objectives like the scientific, technological and cultural development of Madeira Region, are also laid down the general conditions of collaboration which will allow for the development of join actions and projects in several scientific areas.
The signature of this protocol represents an important milestone for Madebiotech and its strategy for the development of an international R&D centre in Madeira Island.
Besides the advantages arriving from the synergies between the two institutions in an ultra peripheral region, this agreement allows to promote not only highly skilled jobs but also the valorisation of endogenous resources by using knowledge intensive processes.
