The official opening of the new facilities of Madebiotech will take place on the 21st of September 2013 in the Industrial Free Trade Zone of Madeira, Caniçal, Madeira Island.

The official opening of the new facilities of Madebiotech will take place on the 21st of September 2013 in the Industrial Free Trade Zone of Madeira, Caniçal, Madeira Island.

The ceremony will count with the presence of the President of the Regional Government of Madeira, Dr. Alberto João Jardim and other distinct personalities, both from the public and private sector, as well as friends and co-workers which supported this enterprise since the first hour.

The total investment of approximately 2 million euros, co-funded by the “Instituto de Desenvolvimento Empresarial”, is a clear bet from MadeBiotech shareholders in R&D activities, in knowledge production, highly qualified job creation and international projection of Madeira brand for the future.

The new facilities, which will be shared with the associate company NatureXtracts, S.A., consist on a 400 square meter space which includes an administrative area, work offices, a laboratory and industrial area for pilot scale tests.
